About Jeff and 409 Fitness™ Jeff Clouser is the owner of Rock Hard Enterprise, LLC and 409 Fitness™ Personal Training & Group Conditioning. 409 Fitness™ was established in December 2013. Jeff's Ladies Like Lifting™ Personal Training program was established in February 2010 and has been very successful and popular in Wilmington, Delaware. Rock Hard Personal Training™ for Men was established in January 2014 and is becoming a popular program at 409 Fitness™ .
Jeff was a middle and high school teacher for many years in his previous career. He earned a Master's Degree in education from the University of Delaware and also earned his National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Certification. His coaching and athletic background led him to develop the concepts for 409 Fitness™ and his personal training programs.
